Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If your skills and background meet the expectations of the role, they will be in touch to move you forward in the hiring process. If you're not selected, we encourage you to stay in touch by joining our talent community.

Talent advisor video interview

A Blue Shield Talent Advisor will reach out and set up a time to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have regarding the position. 

Hiring manager video interview

After the screening interview with the Talent Advisor, the hiring manager will speak with you in-depth about the role and will assess your skills and interest.

Panel video interview

After the hiring manager interview, a panel interview will be conducted to further assess your qualifications and participate in conversations focused on Blue Shield's mission, values, and skills necessary to perform successfully.

Decision stage

The hiring team will meet to debrief. If an offer is or is not extended, you will be notified by the Talent Advisor.

Congratulations on accepting the offer! Our Talent Acquisition team will assist you with onboarding, from conducting background checks to requesting a new laptop.

Search and apply for a job on our careers site. Once you have created your profile, you will be able to search and apply for other roles. You are also able to set-up job alerts.
If you save information in your general profile, the system will automatically save and populate your information for future submissions. We encourage updating your profile when there are changes to your job history.

When logged in to your general profile, you can view your submissions by going to the "My Jobs" page and looking at the first tab, "My Submissions." If the submission process was completed, the job will show up under "Completed Submissions." If the submission is in progress, it will appear as a “Draft Submission.”

We do have an employee referral program and encourage employees to submit referrals for specific positions. Employees will receive referral bonuses for hires made through referrals. We also encourage prospective candidates to reach out to friends and/or former colleagues who work at Blue Shield and request that they submit a referral on their behalf.
